You will be subject to the T&C in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). PRICING POLICY
All prices are UK Pound Sterling.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, and are unsure of current conversion rates please refer to: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
UK VAT will not be charged on any items.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Elms Lesters® is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.
PAYMENT
Elms Lesters® allows orders to be processed online, simply and securely using our fully PCI Compliant secure payment facility.
Alternatively, ordering can be done by phone,post, and payment made by Cheque, Postal Order, and is acceptable in UK-Pound Sterling only.
Orders paid for by Cheque, Postal Order, or International Money Order or bank transfer will be sent on clearance of funds.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/ debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/ debit card to use it. Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order. All credit/ debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Elms Lesters®, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
SHIPPING
Your order will normally be sent as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. If you wish to request UK ‘Special delivery’, or an International express service, please advise and we will calculate the additional postage.
UK orders should arrive within a week. International orders sent through the regular postal system usually take up to fourteen days.
YOUR CONDUCT
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for any of the following:

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.
RETURNS
Goods will only be exchanged or refunded if they are damaged or faulty. You must inform us of any damage or fault within 48 hours of receiving your order. Goods should not be returned without having contacted us first. In some countries you may have a statutory right to return goods during an initial cooling off period as an alternative to our Returns Policy. If you would like to exercise any statutory right of return please let us know.
