Between 2nd and 31st October 2015 a comprehensive exhibition of Dimensional Paintings by ADAM NEATE was presented at Elms Lesters Painting Rooms, London.
“Adam Neate has developed his own language of DIMENSIONAL PAINTING.
Traditionally his work has fallen into two distinct categories: complex, narrrative compositions and portraiture.
This current exhibition ‘ADAM NEATE : DIMENSIONALIST PAINTER’ utilises the entire, historic, Elms Lesters Painting Rooms.
The ground floor gallery features paintings in which Neate explores the human condition, the mundane, the everyday – painting from his personal experiences, and his own observational sketches.
The first floor galleries focus on a series of portraits; tormented, distracted subjects which demonstrate his fluency in his unique language of painting.
This exhibition celebrates Adam Neate’s position as not only a pre-eminent British figurative painter for the 21st. Century, but a DIMENSIONALIST PAINTER. “

Entitled 'DIMENSIONAL SURFACE PORTRAIT' this Dimensional Edition recreates one of Neate's highly sought after portraits. The original Adam Neate painting, on which this Dimensional Edition is based, was one of the highlights of Neate's 2015 exhibition 'ADAM NEATE: DIMENSIONALIST PAINTER'
"The surface of 'DIMENSIONAL SURFACE PORTRAIT' has been incised to Neate's exacting specification, and printed and hand finished with 11 silk screen layers of special inks, including light reflecting opalescents, and a combination of high density matt, gloss, opaque and translucent inks for dramatic effect..."
Each work has a numbered and hand signed label affixed to the reverse, with an exclusive Elms Lesters pewter authentication label, and is accompanied by a certificate of provenance.
Chrome hanging fixtures are recessed on the reverse.
Packaged in a custom-made, export strength box, these editions are available to be shipped worldwide.
